In Delhi, three kids face sex abuse daily, according to NCRB data
In Delhi with 927 incidents of child rapes reported in 2015, Delhi has undoubtedly become most unsafe for children.According to the latest data National Crime Records Bureau(NCRB), in 2015 at least three cases of rape took place every day, though child rights activists and police agree that the actual number could be much bigger.
Among those raped victims last year, 585 were below 16 years of age. Out of them, 95% were assaulted by people known to them. Police claimed that almost all the accused were arrested within 24 hours of the incident.
